Lottie is our Director of Operations and Client Services and in her role, she oversees client services, client onboarding, compliance, paperwork, phone calls, marketing, and more. She’s the face that clients first see when they walk through our doors and is to thank for keeping the office running smoothly. She loves her role because no two days are the same and she enjoys interacting with clients.
Lottie is originally from Central Wisconsin and now lives in Sturgeon Bay with her husband. They have three children with two in college and one in high school. She also has two cats who are her beloved fur babies. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, gardening, and spending time with family.
